I was spending alllllll the money on skin care and it was just getting to be too much 😅.

Also I’m a Sun baby and love soaking up that vitamin D so a medical grade retinol is not acceptable in the summer!

This stuff is amazing and good for all skin types.
You can use while you play in the sun but still get the benefits from a retinol (naturally).

It won’t break the bank either as each product costs around $25 😲😲

We all are guilty for seeking that dopamine hit, reaching outwards for something that is going to make us feel better in times where we are feeling a bit off.

The beauty industry is next level right now.
You want boobs? Lips? A whole different face?
Long hair? Curly hair?
I mean it’s endless with money you can alter your appearance to whatever you want.

But just remember anything that is outside of us is a temporary fix.

We simply cannot FEEL better in the long term for something we do outside of ourselves.

Long term feel good is more of that inner work.

You bet when you get your hair done or any procedure you will feel good absolutely that is the point!
But remember that the work we do on the inside has ever lasting results that shine outward.
